Bono y Zucchero mantienen una buena relación de amistad desde hace más una década (Miserere, Blue, Net Aid 1999, Pavarotti & Friends 2003..).

Según la web del propio Zucchero, Bono ha escrito una nueva canción para Zucchero titulada "Someone Else's Tears" que aparecerá en el nuevo disco "Chocabeck" que salió a la venta el pasado 3 de Noviembre.
